Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you have finalized your checkout process you will get an email confirmation that your order is being processed. All orders will be fulfilled within 2 working days and thereafter will be shipped by courier. You will receive a courier tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can track your shipment.  

How will you ship my order?

We ship international orders through Fedex International Priority service. We use FedEx because they will deliver your order directly to your doorstep.

How long will it take for my order to arrive to my shipping address?

Once the order is shipped FedEx will deliver right to your doorstep. Delivery generally takes two to three days to most locations in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. However, these items may face delays while clearing customs or whilst entering your country of residence. These delays cannot be predicted and depend on your country’s import regulations.
