Sometimes we make things hard on ourselves, unknowingly. We focus so much on having to complete a task, that even if we can’t figure out something, we are determined to just complete it and not think rationally to ask another person for assistance.
I find that sometimes we get overwhelmed with the desire of achieving everything individually when we might be much better off in a team in which our ideas and efficiency could potentially increase.
Teamwork. Collaboration of efforts with other people. I find it is one of the most important functions in a company that is aiming to have a sustainable future. Teamwork is essential in order to gain the most out of any discussion, strategic idea, or even daily operations. Companies that emphasize on the importance of teamwork and working together have always been the ones that have staff that are very motivated and that are really using their individual skill to their best when working.
At Infinitec, we really believe in working together to achieve great results. Working in this company, I get to see a real life example of how teamwork is placed amongst us. We have 2 weekly meetings, sometimes even more, where all the staff members are brought to individually discuss their progress in their work as well as bring out suggestions to one and another to help achieve the very best results. These meetings are very important to our staff as this gives us the opportunity to share our thoughts and insights as well as be able to critically think about the goals that our company wants to achieve.
Sometimes I find that in the meetings we have, or any staff discussion, we learn a variety of new methods, techniques, in completing our tasks; even sometimes just getting that smile that we are on track makes us feel like we are part of something very special. We have a very special family here, with multicultural backgrounds, each individual there to offer their very best talent and hard work.
