Multiculturalism

We try to be different at Infinitec. We try to excel at everything we do. The reason is that we understand that people are attracted by the new and different. The world has become so small that even the tiniest of occurrences can resonate on a global scale. Some call it globalization, others call it global economies of scale, we however, like to call it multiculturalism.

We have a relatively small team at the Infinitec office but it’s a diverse one. Canada, Australia, Palestine, India, France and the Philippines are represented in this mini United Nations. And if that weren’t enough we work with developers and partners throughout the world in places like Canada, USA, Spain, UK, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, Malaysia, India, China and of course the UAE.

Each person brings to the table a unique background and culture that adds flavor to our daily lives. A new way of thinking, a new way of doing things, a new perspective on daily issues and something new to share with the others. Ultimately it adds spice to the office and to the dynamics of the team and brings innovation to a business where breaking boundaries is what differentiates us from our competitors.

But the most powerful thing about multiculturalism, is that although we are all very different in so many ways, we are all brought together by the same thing, in this case a strong love for technology and innovation. And when we get together to discuss technology we all harmoniously speak the same language. It’s a pretty unique thing that we’re very proud of.
